Understanding the new 2007 features and utilization. This course is recommended for all levels, even for frequent 2003 Excel users. It will focus on working with the new 2007 tools to learn the new way to accomplish tasks that might have been done with older Excel or programs.

Using the Ribbon, navigating to accomplish tasks, viewing and using the new templates, custom layout options, using the designer-quality SmartArt graphics, old functions with new tricks, Galleries, line previews, Microsoft Office button.

Prerequisites: Ability to use a mouse (click, double-click, right-click, click-and-drag) and ability to type on a keyboard, some use of another Microsoft Office 2007 application to understand concepts like the Ribbon, Office button, and scroll bars.
